OpteView Remote allow for remote maintenance Uses 3rd party agent that is shipped on each terminal, and when activated, enables virtual connectivity to the ATM to enable remote technology to correct the situation or collect data for dispatched service. This service is provided complimentary to all customers who have a second line maintenance contract with Diebold. The Diebold Opteva terminal is the newer family of self-service ATMs that provide a higher level of security, convenience and reliability. The terminal is powered by Agilis, Diebold’s open-standard, cross-vendor software platform, and supported by Diebold Premier Services.
